Bhaggo Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Bhaggo platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bhaggo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bhaggo platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by Bhaggo, including but not limited to casino games, fishing arcade games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bonuses, promotions, and the Bhaggo VIP programme. They apply to all players accessing Bhaggo from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility and Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Bhaggo account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one, both accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Bhaggo account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. Bhaggo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including Bhaggo support staff.

Bhaggo processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Bhaggo account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Bhaggo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. Standard accounts can expect processing within a few hours during business hours. Bhaggo VIP members benefit from faster withdrawal processing as part of their membership benefits.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period — expired bonuses will be removed from your account.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Bhaggo are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by Bhaggo or any player.

Each game on the Bhaggo platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 08 Account Suspension and Closure

Bhaggo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, Bhaggo will investigate the matter and communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address. During the investigation period, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting Bhaggo support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
